- 3/4 cup of vanilla rooibos tea*
- 1/2 cup pecans** soaked overnight
- 1 frozen banana
- 1/4 cup almond milk
- 1 handful of spinach (more if you really like it)
Directions
- Allow tea to steep and cool slightly
- blend tea pecans and bananas in blender and enjoy :)
*If you don't want to splurge on Starbucks tea Celestial Seasonings
has a tea called Madagascar Vanilla that I personally really enjoy.
**Any soaked nuts or seeds will do, I prefer to use pecans or walnuts
because they have a richer taste.
A good thing about this recipe is that it needs no refined sugar.
